Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Classes are organized by category and level. If you are just beginning your practice, I highly suggest starting with the classes under "Beginner and Introductory Classes"
What do I need in order to practice?
All you really need is a good wi-fi connection, a yoga mat, and to wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, however it wouldn't hurt to acquire some basic props like a blanket, a couple of yoga blocks, and if you are planning on doing restorative yoga, you will need some kind of bolster (or firm pillow).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, your membership is month-to-month so there's no long-term commitment and zero stress!
How often are new classes added?
Fresh videos are added to the class library every week. If you have requests for certain posture break-downs or class focuses, please send me a message through the Contact page and let me know! I love catering to my students!
